摘要 供水企业在保证供水水质的同时,也在不断追求制水工艺流程的低能耗与高稳定性。本文详细阐述了青浦第二水厂通过运用PLC集散控制系统实现深度处理制水工艺的自动化,使复杂的制水工艺流程在安全、稳定的环境下运行,体现了自控系统便捷、可靠、稳定的优势,在确保出厂水质的同时,既降低了人力成本,又提高了生产效率。 While ensuring waterquality is always the top priority, higher stability with lower energy consumption of the water-treating process is also our constant pursuit. It is elaborately discussed how the automation of water-treating process can be optimized and realized based on PLC-distributed controlling system (DCS). In this case, the complicated water-treating process can be operated in a safer and more stable environment, which in itself boasts the merits of autonomous system. Labor eostis at the same time reducedand working efficacy is improved, while quality of our product is as always ensured.
