Electronic Management System of Hazardous Chemicals Based on RFID Technology

危化品管理是企业安全生产的一项重要工作。传统的危化品管理方法主要依靠规章制度来限定工作人员的职能和行为,其不确定性较大,存在不少漏洞,易造成安全隐患。文中针对该问题,将RFID技术引入危化品管理中,通过电子化管理系统杜绝了人为可能造成的管理过失。实践证明,该管理系统应用于实际生产中,严格规范了危化品管理的整个流程,达到了本质安全的目标。

Hazardous chemicals management is an important work in safety production. Traditional management methods of hazardous chemicals mainly rely on the rules and regulations to restrict functions and behaviors of staff. Because of the uncertainty of the personnel and loopholes, it is easy to cause security risks. To deal with these problems, RFID technology is introduced into the man- agement of hazardous chemicals to eliminate the man-made management negligence through the electronic management system. Practice proves that by introducing the electronic management system in actual production, the whole process of the management of hazardous chemicals is strictly regulated and achieves the objective of intrinsic safety.
