Contrast and Enlightenment of Sino-Russian Distance Higher Education Quality Assurance

质量是高等教育的生命线，质量对于作为高等教育重要组成部分的远程高等教育来说同样至关重要。目前，世界各国都积极采取相应措施来保证远程高等教育的质量，俄罗斯和中国也不例外。通过对中俄远程高等教育质量保证的比较，探索保证我国远程高等教育质量的方法，提高我国远程高等教育的质量，促进我国远程高等教育的发展。

Quality is the lifeline of higher education. Quality is also very important for distance higher education which is the important element of higher education. Nowadays, all countries in the world actively take corresponding measures to guarantee the quality of distance higher education including China and Russia. By comparing between China and Russia distance higher education quality assurance, this paper explores the method to ensure the quality of distance higher education, improve the quality of distance higher education in China and promote the development of distance higher education in China.
