基于岗位对接的职业素质本位课程体系的开发与实施——以林业技术专业为例

摘要 课程是人才培养的主要载体,通过岗位对接实现职业素质本位的课程体系,则要在职业岗位工作任务与职业能力调研的基础上,确定对接岗位的人才培养目标,建构岗位对接的学习领域,形成对接岗位序化课程体系。在基于岗位对接的职业素质本位课程体系的实施过程中,应注重课程内容与岗位工作的对接、“三课”融合以及“两课”结合。 Curricula are the major way of personnel training. The professional quality oriented curricula system based on corresponding positions, under the guide of professional mission and professional ability, aims at confirming the goals of personnel training in corresponding positions, building up the learning field and developing butt-joint post sequencing curricula system. During the process of operating them, the correspondence between curricula contents and professional positions, the integration of "the three teaching" and the combination of "the two teaching" should be emphasized.
