摘要
为了研究危险货物集装箱堆场爆炸地震效应对地下结构的安全影响,采用我国《爆破安全规程》以及美国国家公路研究所爆破理论相结合的方法,分析某危险货物集装箱堆场建设项目发生爆炸时对已建隧道的影响。建立三维模型,采用Midas GTS有限元分析软件进行数值模拟分析,经过理论分析与数据拟合,分别确定堆场各点(区域)发生爆炸时隧道壁振动速度与地表爆炸当量的计算模型,确定隧道保护条件,并分别采用隧道壁最大应力模拟计算值进行校验,为堆场选址、堆存货种种类及数量限定提供参考建议。
To study the safety influence of seismic effect by explosion in container yard of dangerous goods on the underground structure,the influence of explosion in a certain constructing project of container yard for dangerous goods on the existing tunnel was analyzed by the combined method of safety regulation for blasting in China and the blasting theory of the National Highway Institute in USA. A three-dimensional model was established,and the numerical simulation analysis was carried out by using the Midas GTS finite element analysis software. The calculation models on the vibration velocity of tunnel wall and the surface explosion equivalent when the explosion occurred in each location( area) of the yard were determined respectively through the theoretical analysis and the data fitting,then the protection conditions of the tunnel were determined,and they were verified by using the numerical simulation values of the maximum stress in the tunnel wall respectively. It can provide reference and suggestions for the site selection of yard and the limitation on types and quantities of storage goods.
