瘤胃保护型半胱氨酸对滩羊羔羊生产性能、屠宰性能及肌肉营养成分的影响 被引量:5

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮中添加瘤胃保护型半胱氨酸对舍饲滩羊羔羊生长、屠宰性能、脂肪沉积及肌肉营养成分的影响,为合理配置羔羊饲粮、提高滩羊生产性能提供参考依据。采用单因子随机试验设计,选择36只平均体重21.02 kg±0.21 kg的滩羊公羔羊为试验羊只,随机分为3组,每组12只羔羊。试验Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.20%和0.40%半胱氨酸,预试期7 d,正试期90 d。结果显示:添加组的末重、平均日增重、屠宰率和IMF均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);而饲料转化率显著小于对照组(P<0.05);II组的胴体净肉率和蛋白质含量均显著高于I组(P<0.05);其他指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:建议日粮中瘤胃保护型半胱氨酸的添加浓度水平以0.20%为宜。 Effects of rumen-protected cysteine based diet on growth performance, carcass traits and nutrient composition of Iambs in order to provide reference for allocating lamb dietary reasonably and enhancing performances. Single factor randomized block design was adopted in this study, and 36 Iambs (ram Tan sheep) with average body weight of 21.02 kg ± 0.21 kg were randomly allotted to 3 groups. Each group had 12 replicates and 1 replicate per lamb. The group I were fed with basal diets, while lambs in experimental Group II and group III were fed with basal diets added 0.20% and 0.40% cysteine additives. The experiment was 7-day pretrial period and 60-day feeding trail. The results showed that add-group at final weight, average daily gain, slaughter rate and IMF were significantly higher than that of control group (P〈0.05). The feed conversion rate was significantly less than control group (P〈0.05). Meat percentage of carcass and protein content in II group were significantly higher than group I (P〈0.05). Other items had not significant difference (P〉0.05). It was concluded that the added 0.20% rumen-protected cysteine was beneficial for reaching an optimal level.
