施雀啄式手法泻水沟穴治疗急性腰扭伤

Clinical observation on acupuncture Shuigou,GV26 bird-pecking strong stimulationin in treating acute lumbar sprain

目的探讨施雀啄式手法泻水沟穴治疗急性腰扭伤。方法将60例急性腰扭伤患者随机分为2组。观察组30例,施雀啄式手法泻水沟穴治疗;对照组30例,施平补平泻手法针刺水沟穴治疗。治疗结束后采用统一疗效标准进行疗效比较。结果观察组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率63.33%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论施雀啄式手法泻水沟穴治疗急性腰扭伤能显著提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of acupuncture Shuigou, GV26 as bird-pecking strong stimulation in treating acute lumbar sprain. Methods 60 cases with acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases inthe observation group were adopted acupuncture Shuigou, GV26 as bird-pecking reduction. 30 cases in the control group adopted acupuncture Shuigou, GV26 with the uniform reinforcing-reducing method. After the treatment, the unified standard of efficacy was used, Results The general effective rate of ob- servation group was 93.33%, while the control group was 63.33%. The results indicated that there was a statistical significance between these two groups （P〈0. 05） . Conclusion Acupuncture Shuigou, GV26 bird-pecking stimulation can improve remarkably the clinical efficacy in treating acute lumbar sprain.
