目前软交换端局的MC接口,Nc接口,Nb接口都已经IP化,故障处理不仅需要传统的软交换知识,还需要IP相关知识,处理难度有所增加。文章分析了唐山软交换端局部分用户无法打通电话的故障案例。

The current soft switching MC interface, Nc interface, Nb interface have been already IP, fault treatment requires not only thetraditional soft exchange of knowledge, but also IP related knowledge, processing difficulty has increased. This paper analyzes the faultcase that some users can not get through the phone in Tangshan soft exchange office.
