摘要
NK细胞构成机体抗肿瘤的第一道防线,STAT通路在其中发挥着重要的作用.无论是对肿瘤细胞的生长、肿瘤细胞的杀伤还是机体免疫细胞的相互调节,STAT通路均参与其中.其中抑制STAT3或激活STAT5都能增强NK细胞对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用.STAT3与STAT5亦存在互相调节,影响多种细胞的生物功能,但在NK细胞中的研究较少.通过对近几年关于STAT3和STAT5在NK细胞中的抗肿瘤作用的调研,本文旨在为促进NK细胞在抗肿瘤中的应用提供理论依据.
NK cells constitute the first line of defense against cancer, and STAT pathway plays an important role in it. STATs are actively involved in tumor cell growth, cytotoxicity of NK cells on tumor ceils and regulation of immune cells. Inhibition of STAT3 or activation of STATS can enhance the tumor-killing capacity of NK cells. STAT3 and STATS are also regulated by each other, but few studies have been done on NK cells. In this paper, we reviewed the reaserch progress on STAT3 and STATS in the antitumor effects of NK cells. The paper is aimed at providing a theoretical basis for promoting the application of NK cells in anti-tumor therapy.
