摘要 DNA甲基化作为表观遗传学的表现形式之一,在维持细胞功能中起重要作用,是一种用来抑制不必要的基因表达的自然调控机制.基因启动子异常甲基化会导致基因表达下调,一定程度上参与了多种癌症的进程.近年来,大量研究发现,基因启动子甲基化可作为口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)潜在和敏感的生物学标志物,实现其早期诊断和追踪癌症的预后情况. DNA methylation, a form of epigenetics, is used as a natural regulatory mechanism to suppress the expression of non-essential genes, which plays an important role in the maintenance of cell function. The aberrant methylation of the promoter can reduce the expression of genes, promoting the progression of varieties of carcinomas in a certain extent. In recent years, a large quantity of studies have found that genes promoter methylation can serve as potential and sensitive biomarkers for oral squarnous cell carcinoma, achieving early diagnosis and tracking the prognosis of cancer.
