摘要
对常规铬鞣工艺与无铬多金属鞣剂ZAT鞣工艺进行对比实验,结果表明:ZAT鞣性强,收缩温度达到91.9℃,废液中锆离子的浓度为276 mg/L,锆离子的吸收率达到95.32%;铬鞣皮的收缩温度虽然高,达到116℃,但废液中铬离子的浓度为1467 mg/L,铬离子的吸收率仅为72.58%。研究了八种加脂剂对ZAT鞣皮革的影响,结果表明:不同加脂剂对ZAT鞣皮革的收缩温度具有不同的影响,特别是PF磷酸化合成加脂剂加脂的皮革的收缩温度相比初鞣皮胚下降了15℃,应避免使用。究其原因为PF磷酸化合成加脂剂,含有磷酸根离子,与锆离子结合反应,形成不溶于水的白色沉淀,从而严重影响ZAT鞣制皮胚的收缩温度。其他加脂剂对ZAT鞣皮革的收缩温度则影响不大。此外,GHL、SP11加脂剂加脂后的皮胚白度好,柔软舒适,非常适合用于白色革和浅色革。
The chrome tanning process and the ZAT tanning process were compared. The results showed that the tanning performance of the chromium-free multi-metal tanning agent ZAT was strong. I The shrinkage temperature of leather tanned by ZAT was 91.9℃. The concentration of Zr in the waste liquor was 276 mg/L and the absorbance of Zr was 95.32%. The shrinkage temperature of leather tanned by chromium was 116℃ . The concentration of Cr in the waste liquor was 1467 mg/L and the absorbance of Cr was 72.58%. The influences of eight fat-hquors on leather tanned by ZAT were studied. The results showed that fat-liquors had the different effects on the shrinkage temperature of leather tanned by ZAT. The phosphorylated fat-liquor was restricted to use, because it would decrease the shrinkage temperature for 15℃ ,obviously. As the phosphate ion of PF fat-liquor reacted with zirconium ion to create white precipitation which was not dissolved in water. The other fat-liquors had neglected effect on the shrinkage temperature of leather tanned by ZAT. The whiteness and softness of the fat-liquoring leather processed by GHL, SP11 was good, very suitable for white leather and light color leather.
