A Study on the Public Services Supply Ability in Rural Community Service Social Organizations:——Experience from Province H

农村社区服务类社会组织公共服务供给能力的实证研究在公共服务的便利性指标、实效性指标、保证性指标和吻合性指标层面上展开。基于实证研究得出的结论是社区居民难以获得便捷化的服务;服务供给效果不佳;服务供给保障能力不足;服务供给与需求不匹配。为此,要强化服务意识,提升服务的便捷性;坚持需求导向,排除行政干预;加强扶持与培育,构建长效发展机制;建立健全人才开发与引进机制,全面提升组织成员的素质。

Empirical Study on the public services supply ability of rural community service social organizations concerns convenience indicators, effectiveness indicators, assurance indicators and consistent indicators of public services supply. Previous Empirical studies find that residents had difficulties in obtaining convenient service, and the service delivery is poor, the service provision security is insufficient and the supply and demand do not match. And therefore, it is necessary to enhance service awareness, improve service convenience; emphasize the ideology of demand-oriented, eliminate the administrative intervention; Provide support and cultivation mechanism, build long-term development mechanism; establish and improve talent development and introduction system, and improve the quality of organizational members.
