社交网络环境下医患关系影响因素研究——基于对医学生与普通大学生的调查分析

Study of Influence Factors of the Doctor-patient Relationship in Social Network——Based on The Survey of Medical Students and Ordinary College Students

目的:了解社交网络中医患交互现状及医患关系的影响因素。方法:使用随机抽样的方法,针对医学生和普通大学生(非医学生)对医患关系的关注度、社交网络的使用情况以及社交网络对医患关系的影响等进行调查,并运用SPSS17.0对样本数据进行分析。结果:被调查者普遍认为当前医患关系较为紧张;媒体报道、医患交流以及医学知识普及会影响医患关系。结论:社交网络是医患交流病情、传播信息的重要平台。

Objective The purpose is to find out the currentsituation of doctor-patient interaction and the influence factors of the doctor-patient relationship in social network. Methods Using the method of random sampling to select the medical students and non-medical students as the object of investigation, the investigation is mainly about the attention of the doctor-patient relationship, the usage of social networks and the influence factors of the doctor-patient relationship, and so on. Finally, we use SPSS17. 0 statistical software to analyze sample data. Results The research find that respondents widely believe that the current doctor-patient relationship is nervous, and the factors, including media reports, communication between doctors and patients, medical knowledge popularization have an influence on the doctor-patient relationship. Conclusion Social network is an important platform of communication and dissemination of information for doctors and patients.
