2010年～2014年我国妇幼保健服务的公平性研究

Studying on Ehe Mquity of Maternal and Child Health Services in China From 2010 to 2014

目的:分析评价2010-2014年我国妇幼保健服务利用的公平性及变化趋势。方法:采用集中指数评价分析我国妇幼保健服务的公平性情况。结果:2010-2014年我国妇女保健服务的集中指数位于0.05-0.10之间,儿童保健服务的集中指数位于-0.1-0.1之间,不同保健服务项目之间的公平性存在一定的差异。结论:总体上我国妇幼保健服务的公平性呈现改善的趋势,但系统管理服务的公平性仍需进一步提升。

Objective To analyze the equity of maternal and child health services and its variation tendency in China from 2010 to 2014. Methods The equity of maternal and child health serviceswas evaluated by concentration index. Results The concentration indexes of maternal health services from 2010 to 2014 were varied between 0.05 and 0.10. And the concentration indexesof children health services from 2010 to 2014 were varied between - 0.1 and 0.1. There haddifferences in equity among different health care services. Conclusion The overall equity of maternal and child health care service is improving in China, but the equity of system management services still needs to be further improved.
