城市居民幸福指数调查问卷的编制——以安徽省芜湖市为例

Development of Urban Residents' Happiness Index Questionnaire——Taking Wuhu City as An Example

本研究旨在探索城市幸福指数指标体系的理论构成并编制适合城市居民使用的幸福指数调查问卷。在理论构想的基础上,根据开放式问卷和前人相关研究,初步确定了城市居民幸福指数指标体系的问卷构成和问卷题项。探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析及专家、政府工作人员审定表明,构建的城市居民幸福指数调查问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为调查或评估城市居民幸福指数的有效工具。

This research was aimed at exploring the factor structure of Urban Residents＇ HappinessIndex and developing Urban Residents＇ Happiness Index Questionnaire （URHIQ）. Based on the theoretical assumption, open questionnaire research and previous research, items of the scale were selected. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and examine of experts and government staff revealed Urban Residents＇ Happiness Index Questionnaire with good reliability and validity, and can be used as a tool for measuring Urban Residents＇ Happiness Index.
