摘要
目的:当前科学研究能力对于临床医生的重要性不言而喻,但是医生应如何摆正临床与科研的关系,是各类医院管理者,同时也是高等医学院校比较困惑的问题。文章希望通过了解各类医院不同医生对于科研的态度,从而为医院管理者以及高等医学院校提供一些帮助。方法:利用中国岗位医生岗位胜任力模型及培养模式改革的研究成果,对河南省不同层次的11所医疗单位进行临床医生岗位胜任力现状调查,采用调查问卷,并通过spss19进行统计分析。结果:各级医院、不同人群对于科学研究能力各方面的认可度不尽相同;结论:对科学研究能力的分析,可对地方高等医学院校在培养医学生的科学研究能力方面提供帮助。
Objective The importance of scientific research ability is important crucial for doctors, but the doctor how to deal with relationship between the clinical and scientific research, which were also confused by all kinds of hospital managers, medical colleges. This paper hopes to analyze the various attitude towards scientific research, in order to provide some help for hospital managers and medical colleges. Methods Using China post doctor competency model and training mode reform through the research results, 11 medical institutions of different levels in Henan province conducted a survey of clinical medical students competency status, questionnaire investigation, and analyzed by SPSS 19. 0. Results Different people at all levels of hospital, for all aspects of scientific research ability of recognition is not the same. Conclusion I specially analyzed the scientific research ability of local medical colleges in cultivating medical students' scientific research ability to provide help.
