摘要
从风险分担的原理看,合理的风险分担在缩减工程成本、提升工程进度等方面发挥着积极的作用。但在工程实践中却发现,部分合同缺失或合同不断修正的工程项目超出预期顺利完成,而通过合同进行全面风险分担的部分工程项目却因管理绩效低,产生了大量额外支出甚至难以进行,好像风险分担和工程项目管理绩效之间并不具有直接的相关性。在此背景下,针对风险分担对工程项目管理绩效的作用机理展开研究,为工程项目更好地通过风险分担提升管理绩效提供参考。
According to its principles, reasonable risk sharing can reduce the cost of project and accelerate the construction progress. But in the practice, some construction programs, whose contracts were defective or the con- tracts were revised constantly, can be completed in time. On the contrary, the programs which have risk sharing al- ways produced extra cost and were hardly to carry out, for the poor management performance. So it seems like there is not a direct correlation between the risk sharing this paper vide help and project management performance.
