环境育人在南疆高职院校“以文化人”教育中的实践研究

Practical Study on “Education by Environment” in the “Optimizing Students by Culture” Education Implemented in Vocational Colleges in Southern Part of Xinjiang

环境育人是南疆高职院校"以文化人"教育的重要环节。南疆高职院校环境育人中存在核心价值观教育缺失、个体追求遮蔽家国情怀、学生传统文化常识缺失等突出问题。针对这些问题,在环境育人中加强社会主义核心价值观教育、加强集体主义精神教育和传统文化教育,是改善问题的建设性途径。

＂ Education by Environment＂ is an important part of ＂ Optimizing Students by Culture＂ implemented by vocational colleges in the southern part of Xinjiang. The paper states that there exist great problems in the ideological education on college students in vocational colleges in the southern part of Xinjiang such as lacking of core value education on students, over-intensifying students＇ personal pursuit while neglecting patriotic education, lacking of traditional culture education on students. Therefore, the vocational colleges in the southern part of Xinjiang implement the education of ＂Optimizing Students by Culture＂ , aiming to strengthen socialist core value education, to intensify collectivism education and to enhance traditional culture education.
