摘要
心理资本是个体在竞争中获得优势的一种重要心理资源,是能够被客观测量、投资开发及有效管理的积极核心心理要素,在人力资源管理中发挥着至关重要的作用。基于内在研究视角,从心理资本的概念及其构成维度入手,重点梳理了国内外心理资本测量工具的进展情况;指出目前心理资本测量存在的问题:概念界定不统一,结构维度不一致,测量工具缺乏有效性检验,量表的本土化研究不足;从而指出未来研究的发展趋势:统一概念的界定标准;完善心理资本的结构维度;持续开发新的测量方法;加强量表的本土化研究。
Psychological capital is an important psychological resource for individuals to gain competitive advantage,which is a core psychological factor of positivity that is able to be measured, developed and managed effectively, and it plays an important role in human resource management. In this paper, based on the perspective of internal research, from the concept of psychological capital and its structure dimensions,this paper focuses on the progress of measurement tools at home and abroad. It points out the problems existing in the measurement of psychological capital at present:the definition of concept is not unified, the structure dimension is not consistent, the measuring tools lack validity inspection and localization of the scale. At last, it puts forward the future development trend of the research on psychological capital measurement: the definition standard of the unified concept; perfect the structural dimension of psychological capital; continuous development of new measurement methods; strengthen the localization of the scale.
