摘要
目的检测不同包装食品中尼泊金酯类物质的迁移情况,建立液相色谱串联质谱法(LC/MS/MS)测定塑料包装材料中6种尼泊金酯类物质迁移量。方法水性模拟物(蒸馏水、3%乙酸溶液和10%乙醇溶液)过滤膜测定,橄榄油模拟物经固相萃取处理后过滤膜测定。结果该法在蒸馏水、3%乙酸溶液、10%乙醇溶液和橄榄油中的回收率分别为82.73%~127.85%、73.66%~95.71%、92.43%~113.00%、79.33%~108.64%,相对标准偏差分别为0.34%~1.63%、1.03%~4.02%、0.98%~3.53%、0.29%~2.39%,检测限分别为0.36μg/L^0.59μg/L、0.3μg/L^0.6μg/L、0.2μg/L^0.3μg/L、0.4μg/L^0.6μg/L。结论该法灵敏、准确,适用于塑料制品中6种尼泊金酯类物质迁移量检测。
Objective To detect the migration of parabens from different food packing materials, and a novel liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry(LC/MS/MS) method for the determination of six parabens in plastic packaging materials was developed. Methods The samples soaked with water - based simulants including distilled water, 3% acetic acid and 10% ethanol can be injected directly without any pretreatment, while the samples soaked with olive oil had to pass the simple SPE procedure before injection. Results The method provided recoveries of six parabens in distilled water, 3% acetic acid, 10% ethanol and olive oil were within 82.73% - 127.85% , 73.66% -95.71% , 92.43% - 113.00% , 79.33% - 108.64%, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were in the range of 0.34% - 1.63% for distilled water, 1.03% - 4.02% for 3% acetic acid, 0.98% - 3.53% for 10% ethanol and 0.29% - 2.39% for olive oil. The detection limits of six parabens were within 0.36μg/L- 0.59 μg/L in distilled water, 0.3μg/L -0.6 μg/L in 3% acetic acid, 0.2 μg/L -0.3μg/L in 10% ethanol and 0.4 μg/L - 0.6μg/L in olive oil Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and reliable, which is suitable for determining the migration of six parabens in plastic packaging materials.
