绿色勘查理念:认知、探索与实践

绿色勘查是绿色发展理念在地质勘查领域的实践,是以绿色发展为目的,通过科学理念、技术手段创新,以地质勘查全过程的"绿色化"、"生态化"为主要内容和途径,最大限度地减少勘查工作对生态环境的扰动和影响,实现保护生态环境和保障资源供给双赢。树立和践行绿色勘查理念,是关系地质勘查行业的一场深刻变革,意味着对传统勘查思路和方式的转变。本文分析了绿色勘查现状和形势,提出了绿色勘查是系统工程的重要性,需采取多措并举,统筹推进的实施方针。列举了将绿色发展理念和生态环境保护贯穿于地质勘查立项、设计、施工和验收全过程。如:在勘查手段选择、驻地选址、物料堆存、废弃物处置等方面,最大限度减少对生态环境的扰动;勘查工作中尽可能采用以钻代槽,使用一基多孔、一孔多支、一孔多用的新型钻探方法;减少道路、机台建设和设备搬迁次数;开展探槽回填、植被恢复等措施。通过列举示范实例,强调全面推进绿色勘查,总结和推广绿色勘查典型经验、技术装备和先进理念,加快建立和完善绿色勘查相关规范和标准。

In this paper, the authors give a comprehensive introduction and practice in the geological works of green exploration which has not been defined exactly and completely. It is understood that the green exploration is the practice of green development in the geological exploration, to reduce the turbulence and influence of ecological condition caused by geological works and achieve a win-win result between environmental protection and the supply of resources according to the sublimation of the scientific view and the innovation of technical methods. Its purpose is green development and to achieve the green and ecology through the whole process of geological exploration. The geologist should adjust technical methods and work layout proactively to reduce the influence to the minimum under new situations of green development. Green exploration is the development direction of geological works, especially in the environmentally fragile areas, West China. It is a change of traditionally geological works to establish and fulfill the green exploration. The paper considers the key of green exploration is concept innovation as attitude decides everything. Meanwhile, the practice and example of green exploration are systematically, and should be taken in many measures and planned as a whole. There are also some ways and requires of green exploration in the project establishment, designing, implementing and sills, a multi-branching single-hole, a dual-purpose single-hole, trench backfill and revegetation. The article also emphasizes that it is significant to build and perfect the codes and standards of green exploration. The green exploration is a challenge and an opportunity to geological exploration. According to further practice of green exploration, define the codes and standards gradually, increasing the idea of green exploration, the geological exploration has better development.
