摘要
[目的]研制一种以肥料为载体的呋虫胺可溶性药肥颗粒剂。[方法]通过对不同润湿分散剂、黏结剂、载体的筛选,并且考察配制的可溶性颗粒剂的各种控制项目指标以及热贮性能,确定最佳配方。[结果]最佳配方为呋虫胺0.06%,EFW 2%,UNA 3%,磷酸一铵18%,硝酸钾10%,硫酸铵40%,聚乙烯醇2%,水溶性淀粉补至100%。[结论]该可溶性药肥颗粒剂分解率低,质量稳定。为工业化生产提供了依据。
[Aims] A soluble granules of pesticide and fertilizer base on dinotefuran was developed. [Methods] The best formula was determined through the screening of different wetting dispersants, adhesives, carriers, and the investigates into the various control indexes and heat storage performance for the soluble granules. [Results] The best formula was: dinotefuran 0.06%, EFW 2%, UNA 2%, NH4H2PO4 18%, KNO3 10%,(NH4)2SO4 40%, PVA 2%, and water soluble starch up to 100%. [Conclusions] The soluble granule of pesticide and fertilizer has the advantage of low decomposition rate and stable quality, which provides the basis for industrialized production.
