社会控制与供应链能力之间的相互作用探讨——基于供应链整合的视角

Interaction between Social Control and Supply Chain Capability—Based on the Perspective of Supply Chain Integration

以283份调查问卷为样本,探讨了基于社会控制和信息技术的供应链网络关系与供应链能力之间的相互作用关系,并对内部整合、外部整合两种供应链整合模式在其中所起的中介作用进行了剖析。研究结果表明,首先,两种供应链网络关系与内部整合之间以及两种供应链整合模式与供应链能力之间均存在着较为显著的正向相关关系。其次,内部整合在两种供应链网络关系与供应链能力之间起着完全中介作用;而外部整合在内部整合与供应链能力之间起到部分中介作用。此外,内部整合、内部整合×外部整合均对两种供应链网络关系与供应链能力之间的相关关系产生间接影响;而信息技术与供应链能力之间的关系还可以通过外部整合的作用来实现。

Based on 283 questionnaires, this paper explores the interaction relationship between supply chain network relationship based on social control and information technology and supply chain capabili- ty, and analyzes the the intermediary role of internal integration and external integration. The results shows that there is a significant positive correlation between the two supply chain network relationship and internal integration, as well as the two supply chain integration and supply chain capability. Second, the internal integration plays a complete mediating role between the two supply chain network relation- ship and supply chain capability, while the external integration plays a partial mediating role between the internal integration and supply chain capability. Meanwhile, internal integration and internal inte- gration）〈 external integration have indirect effects on the relationship between two supply chain network relationship and supply chain capability. And the relationship between information technology and supply chain capability can also be achieved through external integration.
