2016年海阳市部分中小学生常见传染病知识调查

Survey on knowledge about common infectious diseases among some primary and high school students,Haiyang city,2016

目的了解海阳市不同学习阶段的学生对传染病知识的知晓情况,为今后学校开展有针对性的传染病防治健康教育提供参考依据。方法 2016年9~10月采用整群分层随机抽样的方法,对海阳市6所学校1 782名学生进行传染病防治知识问卷调查。问卷采用《全国中小学校传染病管理状况及相关因素调查(学生用表)》。结果调查1 782名学生,共收回问卷1 778份,应答率为99.78%;其中有效问卷1 776份,有效率为99.66%。传染病防治知识总体知晓率为74.26%;小学生、初中生、高中生对流行性感冒的知晓率最高,分别为86.83%、89.83%、98.56%(P<0.01);对肺结核的知晓率最低,分别为33.73%、45.26%、61.94%(P<0.01)。不同年级对各种传染病的知晓率除细菌性痢疾外,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男女学生对不同传染病的知晓率无显著性差别(P>0.05)。结论海阳市不同学习阶段的学生传染病知识的知晓水平高低不等,随着年级的升高,知识的增长也有所提高。

Objective To understand the status of knowledge about infectious diseases among students in different learning stages in Haiyang city, so as to provide reference basis for the future development of targeted health education. Methods A total of 1 782 students from 6 schools in Haiyang city were surveyed by cluster stratified random sampling in September-October 2016. The questionnaire was used to survey the status of infectious disease management and related factors in primary and secondary schools in the city （table of students）. Results Among 1 782 students surveyed,a total of 1 778 questionnaires were recovered,the response rate was 99.78% ,among which the effective ones were 1 776 ,the effective rate was 99.66 %. The total awareness rate of infectious disease prevention and control knowledge was 74.26 %; The awareness rate on influenza of primary,junior and senior high school students was the highest,86.83% ,89.83% and 98.56 % respectively;The awareness rate of pulmonary tuberculosis was the lowest, 33.73 %, 45.26 % and 61.94 % （ P 〈0.01） respectively. There were significant differences in the awareness rate of various infectious diseases except dycentery among different grades （ P 〈0.01）. There was no significant difference between male and female students in the awareness rate of different infectious diseases（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion The level of awareness on infectious diseases among students in different learning stages in Haiyang city is different. With the increase of grade,the knowledge also increases.
