摘要
目的:探讨内经火郁证的特点及治疗。方法:在中医发生学原理指导下,借鉴古代兵法谋略"因势利导"思想以及对自然界火象的观察和体验,运用取象比类思维方法,探讨火郁证的特点及治疗。结果:火邪"上炎下传"之势是内经火郁证的特点,治疗当顺应其势,向上向外宣发透达郁热,向下向内清泻降泄邪热,其代表方剂为仲景栀子豉汤和杨氏升降散。结论:运用中医思维解析中医理论,是提高其理论研究水平的重要方法和路径之一。
Objective：Study the treatment and the mechanism of action of the fire stagnation syndrome.Methods：Under the guidance of TCM embryology,military strategy and tactics in ancient and the fire observation of natural phenomena,by use of the thinking of classification according to manifestation,disclose the treatment and the mechanism of action of the fire stagnation syndrome. Results：The character of the upward and downward trend of fire-evil is the the mechanism of dispersing fire for treating depressing of fire,the methods of theatment is to clear the heat-evil. The representative prescriptions is Zhizichi Decoction and Shengjiang Powder. Conclusion：By use of the thinking of TCM,analyzing the theory of TCM is one of the important methods and paths of improving the levels of the theory research.
