中医辨证分型联合他克莫司外用治疗寻常型进展期白癜风患者临床研究

Clinical Research of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Combined with Tacrolimus on Treating Common Type Vitiligo Patients in Advanced Stage

目的:观察用中医辨证论治治疗进展期寻常型白癜风患者的临床疗效。方法:选择我院门诊白癜风寻常型进展期患者90例随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组给予白芍总苷胶囊内服、0.1%他克莫司软膏外用,治疗组除外用0.1%他克莫司外擦外,根据中医辨证论治将患者辨证分型为气血不和、肝气郁滞、肝肾亏虚,分别用中药对证治疗。两组均连续用药1个月。结果:观察组的有效率88.89%显著高于对照组的60%,差异具有统计学意义。各证型治疗效果间无统计学意义。结论:中医辨证论治治疗寻常型进展期白癜风疗效肯定,值得临床推广运用。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of patients with vitiligo vulgaris progression. Methods：Select patients in outpatient department of our hospital in 90 cases of vitiligo vulgaris were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group. The control group was given orally 0.1% Total Glucosides of Paeony Capsules,Tacrolimus Ointment for the treatment group in addition to topical tacrolimus 0.1% rub abroad,according to TCM dialectical type patients for blood,liver Qi stagnation,liver and kidney deficiency syndrome treated with traditional Chinese medicine,respectively. The two groups were treated for 1 months. Results：In the observation group,the effective rate was 88.89%,was significantly higher than the control group（60%）,the difference was statistically significant. No statistically significant treatment effect of each TCM syndrome. Conclusion：TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of vitiligo vulgaris curative effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
