摘要
通过预处理后铝化的方法 ,合成了Al SBA 15 .焙烧后的Al SBA 15的2 7AlMASNMR谱证明铝已化合到SBA 15的骨架中 ,并有少量非骨架铝存在 .用XRD、低温N2 吸附等方法考察了Al SBA 15在 10 0 0℃焙烧 2h ,80 0℃ 10 0 %水蒸气处理 8h和在pH为 2或 11的酸碱溶液中的稳定性 .经处理后的Al SBA 15具有比Si SBA 15更好的热。
The Al SBA 15 has been synthesized by the post alumination procedure. The 27 Al MAS NMR results conforms that the aluminum is incorporated into the framework of SBA 15 and there is a little non framework aluminum in the channel of Al SBA 15. The stability of Al SBA 15 treated by calcination at 1 000 ℃ for 2 h, 800 ℃ steaming (100% H 2O) for 8 h and in the solution of pH=2,11, respectively,is observed with XRD and N 2 adsorption desorpation techniques. In comparison with Si SBA 15,it can be seen that the stability of Al SBA 15 samples are better than that of Si SBA 15 samples after different treatments described above. The reason of improvement of stability after post alumination is also discussed.
