日中韩学生基于积极学习的双重角色建构的学习现场

摘要 本文聚焦"日中韩积极学习研讨会"举办过程中,学生作为研讨会的运营者、组织者和参加者等不同角色的学习,探讨了研讨会作为双重构造的学习现场发挥的作用和意义。其间学生不仅获得知识,也获得了运营研讨会的社会实践经验,并从中开展了自我实现的学习。本次研讨会韩国、中国各六七名研究生、日本23名研究生与大学生参与。对于日本学生来说,他们的学习不仅限于研讨会所涉及的内容(学习利用SNS),他们的交流、社交、英语、实践和统筹组织等能力也有所提升,在"策划、运营、实践"与"参加"的双重构造之下的学习和成长令人期待。最终他们在日本的关西大学研究生院教师和博士生的协助之下,克服了非母语交流、知识量差异、突发临时活动、期待落差等难点,顺利完成任务。后续将针对本次研讨会学生学习效果的确认与评价开展研究。 This article described, in detail, the contents of "Active Learning Seminar among the Students from Japan, China and Ko- rea," a five days seminar held in Japan, during the summer vacation for university students. In addition, the importance of holding such a seminar conducted by students in terms of "learning" was emphasized. The Japanese students took the roles of not only participants but also managers and practitioners, thus the seminar is structured as a dual-learning field. Learning was defined as gaining knowledge as well as enlarging self-identities through social experiences, like managing a seminar.
