摘要
松墨天牛(Monochamus alternatus Hope)是危害马尾松等林木的重大森林害虫,是松材线虫的主要传播媒介。从松墨天牛的分子生物学基础研究、分子分类及鉴定、c DNA文库与转录组的构建、基因克隆、药剂胁迫对基因表达的影响等5个方面综述其在分子生物学领域的最新进展,以促进松墨天牛基础研究,并为探索松墨天牛安全有效的防治方法提供参考。
Monochamus alternatus is a major forest pest that damages trees such as Pinus massoniana and is the main medi-um of pine wood nematode. In the paper,the latest progresses in the field of molecular biology were reviewed from five as-pects including fundamental research of molecular biology,molecular classification and identification,construction of cDNA li-brary and transcriptome analyses,gene cloning and insecticides stress on gene expression of M. alternatus et al,which may provide new references for fundamental research and the control of M. alternatus.
