蛹虫草基质多糖对传染性支气管炎病毒感染鸡免疫指标的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Polysaccharides from Cordyceps militaris Stroma on Immunity of Chicken Infected by Infectious Bronchitis Virus

摘要 试验应用滴鼻+点眼法对7日龄黄羽肉鸡攻毒建立传染性支气管炎感染模型,采用蛹虫草基质多糖进行治疗试验,通过对肉鸡免疫器官指数、外周血淋巴细胞增殖指数、血清抗体水平和γ-干扰素浓度的检测来研究蛹虫草基质多糖用于防治鸡传染性支气管炎的可能性。结果表明,蛹虫草基质多糖能够促进肉鸡法氏囊和脾脏的生长发育,加快其增重,从而提高免疫器官指数,又能促进外周血淋巴细胞增殖转化水平;同时还能使血清抗体水平和γ-干扰素浓度升高,增强机体的免疫力。因此,蛹虫草基质多糖可作为鸡传染性支气管炎防治的临床候选药物。 Seven-day-age broilers artificially infected by infectious bronchitis virus via nasal dripping and eye dropping were used for treatment test. Cordyceps militaris stroma polysaccharides were fed to broilers,and indices of immune organs,indices of lymphocyte stimulating transform,antibody level and interferon-γ concentration were investigated respectively. The results showed that C. militaris stroma polysaccharides could promote growth and development of broiler bursa of fabricius and spleen,and increase indices of immune organs,and also could promote lymphocyte transform causing increased levels of anti-body and promote the concentrations of interferon-γ resulting in improving immunity potential. It was conducted that C. mili-taris stroma polysaccharides could be used for clinical treatment of chicken infected by infectious bronchitis virus.
