摘要
为了减少钢管水压试验过程中造成的水资源浪费,对钢管生产线3 500 t水压机基本工作原理及供水管路进行了分析和研究,设计了一种新型的具有自清洗功能的过滤装置,对原来的高压水箱的供水管路进行了改造。该过滤装置滤芯由3层不锈钢过滤网组成,成本低,易于维护保养,过滤效果好。实际使用表明,改进后的供水管路运行稳定,实现了水资源的循环利用,有效地改善了高压水箱的供水问题,减少了水资源的浪费。
In order to reduce the waste of water resources in steel pipe hydraulic test process,it analyzed and studied the basic working principle and the water supply pipeline of steel pipe production line 3 500 t hydraulic press,designed a new kind of filter device which possesses the function of self-cleaning,and reformed the original water supply pipeline of high pressure water tank.The filter device adopted three layers stainless steel filter net,low cost,easy maintenance,is with good filtering effect.The practical use showed that the improved water supply pipeline running stability,realized the water resources recycling,effectively improved the problem of high pressure water tank water supply,reduced the waste of water resources.
