摘要
为了解决大规格不锈钢坯料管由于穿孔机热加工后造成管坯局部区域壁厚不均,需通过后续冷轧管机或冷拔管机进行纠偏加工,生产加工道次增多,且效果不理想的问题,设计了单边(局部)浮动磨削加工修磨机。介绍了该修磨机的主要技术参数,各设备单元的结构组成及其主要功能。并采用该修磨机对某规格不锈钢坯料管进行了修磨,修磨后的产品光滑、接刀处圆弧过渡,实现了设计要求,满足了生产需要。
The part area wall thickness of large size stainless steel billet pipe was uneven, which caused by puncher after hot working, it should carried out correction processing by subsequent cold rolling mill or cold drawing mill, the production and processing pass increased, and the effect was not ideal. In order to solve the above problems, the unilateral(local) floating grinding machine was designed. In this article, it introduced the main technical parameters of the grinding machine, the structure composition and the main function of each unit. Adopting the grinding machine to grind a certain specification stainless steel billet pipe, the products were smooth after grinding, the grinding joint was circular arc transition. It achieved the design requirements, and met the production requirement.
