摘要
用阳离子改性剂对亚麻织物进行改性,确定了改性剂用量在10%时,改性效果较佳。将丁香中提取的染料用于改性亚麻织物染色,较佳的染色工艺为:染料8%(omf),染色pH=4,温度80℃,时间80 min,浴比1∶40。剥色研究表明:剥色萃取后染料红外基团与丁香染料红外基团基本一致;媒染效果较佳的染色条件为:80℃,媒染剂10 g/L;经媒染改性亚麻织物的服用性能提高;染色织物具有一定的抗菌性能。
The modification effect of cationic modifier to flax fabric was better when the amount of modi- fier was 10%. The clove extract dye was used in the modified flax fabric dyeing, and the dyeing process was preferred: dye 8%(omf), dyeing pH=4, dyeing temperature 80 ℃, dyeing time 80 min and bath ratio 1:40. The study of color stripping showed that the IR groups of the dyes after the stripping were basically the same as that of clove dye. Mordant dyeing conditions were as follows: mordant temperature 80 ℃, the amount of mor- dant 10 g/L. The performance of modified flax fabric dyed by the mordant was improved. Dyed fabric had a certain antibacterial properties.
