职教集团运行现状与展望

Current Situation and Prospect of Vocational Education Group

职教集团的优质运行,能够促进地区经济的发展。目前一些职教集团存在缺乏有效的运行机制、信息化建设不足、企业积极性不高、长效性不足等问题。基于此,提出了要加强成员单位参与集团日常管理及决策,加强信息化建设,深化校企合作,政府加强宏观调控等措施,使集团具备完全责任能力。

The quality operation of vocational education group can promote the development of regional economy, At present some problems exist in some vocational education group： a lack of effective operating mechanism; a lack of information technology; the low enthusiasm of enterprises; a lack of long-term effectiveness. Based on these problems, it is proposed to strengthen the management and decision-making of the members; strengthen the information construction; deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises; also the government should strengthen macro-control so that the group will have full responsibility.
