Reflection on the Development of Public English Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前高等职业教育中公共英语教学发展及公共英语教师面临许多困惑,基于此,对教师发展提出要求,走专业化发展是英语教学改革的关键。提出公共英语教师的发展途径:加强"双师"素质培养;树立自主发展、终生学习意识;与专业教师合作,做到学、研、产相结合。

At present public English teaching development and teachers arc facing some problems, based on this, it proposes requests for teacher development, and specialization is the key point in English teaching reform. It comes up with the development approaches： strengthen the cultivation of double quality teachers, establish the self-development awareness, cooperate with professional teachers, and combine learning, research and production.
