在国家大力发展职业教育的大背景下,高等职业院校得到了迅猛发展,但摆在各类高职院校面前的是如何建设与发展的难题。适应经济社会发展对高端技能型人才的需求,提升专业服务产业发展能力,提高高职院校办学水平和人才培养质量成为建设与发展的重点。通过结合高职院校建筑工程管理专业建设的思路,对提升专业服务能力进行探讨。

Under the background of vigorously developing vocational education in our country, higher vocational colleges have developed rapidly. However, how to construct and develop is a problem higher vocational colleges are confronted with. The key to construction and development is： meeting the needs for high-end skilled talents of economic and social development; improving the development capacity of professional services industry; improving the school running level and the quality of talent cultivation of higher vocational colleges. Combined with the ideas of construction engineering management major of higher vocational colleges, it explores the improvement of professional service capability.
