摘要
以90#普通沥青为原料,苯乙烯-丁二烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)为改性剂,橡胶类复合改性剂为添加剂,调和油为软化剂,在后三者加入质量分数依次为6%,6%,40%的条件下,制备出低温水工沥青,并对工业试生产的低温水工沥青及其混凝土性能进行了评价。结果表明:试生产的低温水工沥青具有良好的耐高低温性能,产品性质稳定,脆点达到-28℃,延度(5℃)达到84 cm以上,薄膜烘箱实验后脆点略有上升;低温水工沥青混凝土孔隙率、斜坡流淌值等均满足DL/T 5411—2009要求,其拉伸应变(0℃)和弯曲应变(0℃)高于基质沥青混凝土。
The low -temperature hydraulic asphalt was prepared with 90# ordinary asphalt as raw mate- rial,styrene -butadiene block copolymer as modifi- er, rubber compound modifier as additive, blend oil as softening agent at the mass fraction of latter three 6% ,6% ,40% in turn. The properties of low - tem- perature hydraulic asphalt by commercial trial pro- duction and its concrete were evaluated. The results showed that the low - temperature hydraulic asphalt of trial production had the better high/low tempera- ture resistant, the product quality was stable, the breaking point reached - 28 ℃ , ductility (5 ℃) was more than 84 cm,and after the test of thin film ov- en, the breaking point went up slightly. The porosity and slope flow value of concrete could meet the re- quirements of DL/T 5411-2009 and its tensile stress(0 ℃) and bending stress (0 ℃ ) was higher than that of the matrix asphalt concrete.
