Design of Stirring Structure for Platinum Channel

铂金通道是玻璃液在熔窑内熔化后进行澄清和均化的场所。在铂金通道搅拌仓中采用机械搅拌强制均化,可以加速玻璃液充分均匀混合。为了提高玻璃液的搅拌质量,研发出新型的搅拌机及搅拌棒结构。实践证明,新型搅拌系统的应用减少了基板玻璃的缺陷,提高了产品质量。

Platinum channel is the place where the glass solution is clarified and homogenized after the furnace. In the stirring tank of platinum channel, mechanical mixing is used to force the homogenization. In order to improve the mixing quality of glass liquid, a new type of mixer and mixing rod was developed. It has been proved by practice that the application of the new stirring system can reduce the defects of glass substrate and improve the quality of products.
