摘要 用大孔螯合离子交换树脂从某铀矿尾矿库废水中去除锰。试验结果表明,吸附接触时间10min,每g干树脂的锰吸附容量为62.13mg;采用质量分数为5%硫酸溶液进行淋洗,淋洗停留时间20min,锰合格液平均质量浓度为5.54g/L,锰、钙和镁的淋洗率均超过99.10%。经离子交换法处理后,废水中锰可以达到国家排放标准。 The macroporous and chelate resin is employed to remove manganese from the effluent in the tailing pond of one uranium milling plant. The results show that when the adsorption contact time is 10 min, the saturation adsorption capacity of 1 gram anhydrous resin is 62.13 mg Mn. In the condition of eluent of H2SO4 mass fraction is 5 % and desorption remaining time is 20 min, the concentration of manganese in qualified solution is 5.54 g/L. At the same time, the elution efficiency of manganese, calcium and magnesium are all over 99.10%. By the treatment of ion exchange resin, the concentration of manganese in effluent can reach the national discharge standard.
