蒸汽相中多孔玻璃粉自转晶含硼CF-2沸石的制备与表征( 英文) 被引量:2

Preparation and Characterization of B-containing Zeolite CF-2 by Self-transformation of Porous Glass Granules in a Vapor Phase

摘要 报道了在最小的有机胺———甲胺和水的蒸汽相中 ,多孔玻璃粉自转晶为含硼CF 2沸石 .XRD、11BMASNMR、SEM表征结果证明合成的CF 2沸石结晶度高且无杂晶 ,硼原子基本上都已进入了沸石骨架 .扫描电镜照片还显示 ,合成的CF 2沸石中既有单个晶体 ,也有由许多单个晶体构成的扫帚形聚集体 .单个晶体呈长条形 ,高、宽为 0 .30~ 1.1μm ,长为 1.1~ 2 2 μm . The B containing zeolite CF 2 has been prepared by self transformation of porous glass granules in a vapor phase of the smallest organic amine molecules of methylamine and water. XRD, 11 B MAS NMR and SEM characterization results show that the synthesized CF 2 has a high crystallinity and free from impurities, and the B atoms have been entirely incorporated into the framework. SEM photographs show that some of the crystals are separate and others are aggregates. The separate crystals are rectangular rod shaped. Some of the aggregates are broom shaped made of many rectangular rod shaped crystals. The widths of separate crystals are about 0.30 1.1 μm, the lengths of separate crystals are about 1.1 22 μm.
