摘要 [目的/意义]将形式概念分析(FCA)方法引入医学领域,利用本体技术构建医学领域术语体系。[方法/过程]以肝炎为例,将CNKI数据库中的论文作为数据源,阐述以"文档—术语"为核心构建肝炎本体的过程,分析领域术语的层次关系,并对本体进行可视化展示。[结果/结论]构建过程可分为数据预处理、FCA和构建本体3个阶段,具体包括领域术语的提取和筛选、"文档×术语"矩阵的建立、主题概念格的生成、术语上下位关系的分析、本体的OWL描述和可视化展示。肝炎实例结果显示,基于FCA的概念格构建可以清晰反映领域术语间的层次关系。 [Purpose/significance]The paper is to introduce Formal Concept Analysis(FCA) method into medical field and use ontology technique to construct medical term system.[Method/process]The paper takes hepatitis as example and related articles included in CNKI database as data source, elaborates constructing process of hepatitis ontology with "documents—terms" as core, analyzes the hierarchical relationship of terms, and makes visualized display of ontology.[Result/conclusion]The constructing process is divided into3 phases of data-preprocessing, FCA and ontology building, specifically including extraction and filtering of domain terms, building of"documents × terms" matrix, producing of subject concept lattice, analysis on hyponymy relations of terms, and OWL description and visual display of ontology. The example results of hepatitis shows that producing of FCA-based concept lattice can reflect the hierarchical relationship of domain terms clearly.
