基于图书入藏与利用的图书馆藏建设实证研究——以沈阳农业大学图书馆为例

Empirical Study on Library Collections Construction Basing on Book Collection and Utilization:Case Study of Shenyang Agricultural University Library

[目的/意义]分析图书馆藏书结构,为调整图书馆采访策略提供参考。[方法/过程]利用2008—2015年沈阳农业大学图书馆中文图书入藏和借阅数据,对图书年入藏量、各学院专业类图书、各学科专业类图书进行分析,并对各类图书利用率、图书年利用率、零借阅率图书、热门图书进行统计分析。[结果/结论]馆藏图书基本满足学校及学科发展需求,但存在部分专业类图书利用率较低的问题。提出优化馆藏质量的采购策略,即专业类图书尝试按需出版模式订购,拓宽图书荐购渠道,建立馆藏图书结构及利用评价机制,加大地方版图书的采购力度等。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to analyze library collection structure to provide reference for adjustment of li- brary＇s purchasing strategy. [Method/process]The paper uses data of Chinese book collections and lending in Shenyang Agriculture University Library in 2008--2015, to analyze annual amount of book collections, professional books of each college and each disci- pline, and make a statistical analysis of utilization rate of all kinds of books, annual utilization rate of books, books with zero lending rate and popular books. [Result/conclusion]Book collection basically meets the demands of the development of university and disci- pline, but some professional books＇ utilization rate is low. The paper puts forwards purchasing strategies for optimizing collection quali- ty, including trying to purchase professional books in print-on-demand mode, broadening channels of book recommendation, building evaluation mechanism of library collections structure and utilization, and increasing procurement of local edition books.
