狍脱毛症血液生理生化指标和微量元素的分析

摘要 以吉林省辽源、敦化和吉林3地区狍养殖场户20只脱毛症患狍为研究对象,同时用10只健康狍作为对照组,对血液细胞、血液生化指标和血清中微量元素(Se、Cu、Zn、S)进行了分析对照,探讨狍在人工饲养条件下脱毛症的发生原因。结果表明:患狍的红细胞数量和血红蛋白量下降,中性粒细胞百分比上升而淋巴细胞百分比下降;血液生化指标显示丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酸激酶活性升高,总超氧化物歧化酶、铜锌超氧化物歧化酶、碱性磷酸酶、尿酸含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力显著下降;微量元素Se、Cu、Zn、S水平在血清中降低,以上结果导致狍脱毛症。显然,这对该病的诊断具有重要意义。 We analyzed the blood cells, blood biochemical indexes and serum trace elements (Se, Cu, zn, s)of blood sampled from 20 captive rearing roe deer with alopecia from three roe deer farms at Liaoyuan, Dunhua, and Jilin areas in Jilin Province. Blood samples of 10 healthy roe deer were used as a control. Our objective was to identify the cause of alopecia in captive roe deer. The blood of alopecia roe deer showed reduced numbers of red blood cells, lower hemoglo- bin content, higher percentage of neutrophil cells, and lower percentage of lymphocytes. Blood biochemical analysis showed that the enzymatic activity of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, and creatine kinase increased, while the enzymatic activity of total superoxide dismutase, copper zinc superoxide dismutase, alkaline phosphatase, and glutathione peroxidase decreased significantly. Blood content of uric acid also decreased. Levels of Se, Cu, Zn and S in serum decreased.
