绝缘杆作业法在更换10kV柱上开关中的应用

Application of Insulating Lever Operation in 10kV Pole-mounted Switch Replacement

针对柱上开关引线布置紧凑,当采用常规绝缘手套作业法对其更换时存在相间短路等安全问题,提出采用绝缘杆作业法更换10kV柱上开关,从基本概念、技术难点和作业步骤等方面对该方法进行分析,并通过应用实例证明该方法提高了电气设备和电网运行的稳定性,为今后配电网不停电作业提供了新思路。

Considering the compact layout of the lead wires of pole mounted switches,there are some safety dangers like inter phase＇short circuit when pole-mounted switches are replaced with the conventional method of insulated gloves.Thus the insula- ting lever operation is considered, the basic concept and technical difficulties and operational process and so on are analyzed, with that the stability of electrical equipments and power grid operation are improved through application case with this meth od, which offers new ideas for items of uninterrup^ion operating in distributiong network.
