摘要 通过对空心圆柱滚子接触特点的分析研究,发现空心度是影响其弹性趋近量的一个重要参数.合理建立空心滚子接触问题的有限元模型,在对大量有限元计算结果进行分析研究的基础上,提出了计入空心度影响的空心滚子弹性趋近量计算公式,为空心滚子轴承的设计提供指导. According to contact characteristics of hollow cylindrical roller,it can be found that hollow ratio is an important parameter affecting the elasticity approach. The finite element analysis model of hollow cylindrical roller bearings was built,on the basis of the analysis of the results of a large number of finite element models,and the calculation formula of hollow roller elastic approach included in the hollow ratio is derived,which could provide guidance to the design of hollow cylindrical roller bearings.
