摘要
为了及时发现基坑施工中潜在的安全隐患,动态控制施工过程,对施工过程进行安全信息化管理非常必要.结合成都地铁7号线狮子山站基坑施工项目,基于BIM技术,应用Autodesk Revit软件建立了基坑施工安全信息模型;与实际进度计划和施工方案结合,对施工过程进行了4D施工模拟和空间碰撞检测;利用LEC法分析出重大危险源,将现场实时监测数据反馈到安全信息模型中,实现了更及时、直观、高效的施工安全管理.
There are more cross operation in foundation pit project,and the conflict between space and time is easy to occur at the construction site. In order to discover the potential hazard in excavation engineering in time and control construction process dynamically,it is necessary to carry out safety information management.Based on BIM technology,the safety information model of foundation pit construction is established,combined with the foundation construction engineering of Lion mountain station of Chengdu Metro Line 7 by applying Autodesk Revit. The 4D construction simulation of construction and space collision detection are carried out. The major hazard sources are analyzed by using LEC,method and the real-time monitoring data is fed back into the safety information model. The safety realized management in construction is more timely,intuitive and efficient.
