摘要
当前我国医患关系空前紧张,医患纠纷在医疗风险评估中所占比例逐年上升。在普遍缺乏信任的社会条件下,医疗风险管理需要从医院到政府、从个人到社会全方位的参与和协调。在众多风险因素中,媒体起到了至关重要的作用。媒体不仅是信息的传播者,也是知识的建构者和公共事务的参与者。然而,媒体也受制于组织结构、工作定势和职业文化的限制,只能选择性地将新闻事实在一定框架范围内报道出来。在对相关文献进行综述的基础上,从医院管理和媒体管理的双重视角来探讨如何有效控制医疗风险、防范医疗危机。
Nowadays there are unprecedented tensions between doctors and patients in China. The proportion of doctor-patient disputes increased significantly in medical risk assessment each year. Against the social background of a general lack of trust, healthcare risk management needed full participation and coordination, from the hospital to the government, from individuals to the society as a whole. Among all the constituents of healthcare risks, the media played a very crucial role. It was not only a disseminator of information, but also a constructor of knowledge and a participant in public affairs. However, the media was constrained by organizational structures, work routines and professional culture too. Therefore, it can only report news and facts by selectively using certain frames. This research systematically reviewed theoretical and empirical studies on healthcare risk management and media response, within and outside of China. It discussed how to effectively control healthcare risks and prevent healthcare crises through the dual perspectives of hospital management and media management.
