“一带一路”背景下高职物流创新创业型人才培养模式探析

Analysis of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents Training in Vocational Colleges＇Logistics Management Courses under the Context of ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂

随着“一带一路”战略的提出，对我国物流业高端物流人才提出了新的更高的要求，针对新形势下高端物流人才的需求，提出“一带一路”背景下物流专业教育的创新之路．融合创新创业教育，加强教师创新创业意识的培养，鼓励学生参加双创竞赛，积极推行创新创业学分和成果，努力构建高职院校创业教育成长体系．

＂The Belt and Road Initiative＂ national strategy provides a good chance for China＇s modern logistics industry to enhance its future development and international competitive advantages. Development of Chinese logisti- cal industry has broadened the views of students and offers more chances for personal development. But the demands for advanced talents require students improving their overall competences and creativities. Therefore, under the context of ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂, the innovation and development of logistics specialty need colleges to cultivate students with international mindsets, constructed integrated evaluation systems with corporations and compromise innovation and entrepreneurship education and disciplinary education.
