ILK和MMP-13在非小细胞肺癌中的临床意义及表达

Expression of ILK and MMP-13 in Non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance

目的:探讨整合素连接激酶(ILK)和基质金属蛋白酶-13(MMP-13)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)表达及其相互之间关系。方法:利用双抗体夹心(ABC-ELISA法)检测46例NSCLC患者ILK和MMP-13的表达。结果:患者血清中ILK和MMP-13明显高表达健康对照组(P<0.01)。ILK和MMP-13在NSCLC患者中高表达,在早期与晚期组、淋巴结转移与非转移组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ILK和MMP-13在NSCLC转移中起到重要作用。

Objective： To investigate the expressions of ILK and MMP- 13 in NSCLC expression and mutual relationship. Methods： ABC -ELISA method was used to detect 46 cases in ILK and MMP- 13 expressions. Resuits： ILK and MMP- 13 in NSCLC were higher than heahhy group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The ILK and MMP- 13 in Ⅲ/ Ⅳ were significant high. In Ⅰ/Ⅱ groups, the lymph node tranfer stage was higher than not metastasis stage （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The ILK and MMP - 13 might play important roles during the transfer in NSCLC.
