摘要
目的:探讨TLR4信号通路在原发性高尿酸血症患者外周血单个核细胞中的表达情况。方法:利用Western-blot检测实验组与对照组患者外周血单个核细胞中TLR4、NF-κB的蛋白表达情况,应用ELISA法检测各组受试对象血浆IL-1β、IL-8、IL-4、IL-10的表达情况。结果:实验组TLR4、NF-κB的蛋白表达水平,血浆IL-1β、IL-8、IL-4、IL-10表达水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:原发性高尿酸血症患者外周血单个核细胞中TLR4信号及相关致炎和抗炎因子表达异常,TLR4可能通过调节免疫反应参与原发性高尿酸血症患者病程的发生与发展。
Objective: To study the expression of TLR4 signal pathway in patients with primary hyperuricemia. Methods: TLR4, NF -κB were measured by using Western -blot between experimental group and control group. The expressions of IL- 1β,IL- 8 ,IL-4,IL- 10 were measured by using ELISA in plasma with all groups. Resuits: The expression of TLR4 ,NF -κB gene protein increased significantly, and the expression of IL -1 β ,IL -8, IL-4 ,IL- 10 increased significantly in patients with experimental groups compared with control group. Conclusion: Dysregulated expression of TLR4, associated inflammatory and anti inflammatory cytokinesis with it may be involved in the development of disease by regulating inflammotatory response; and play a key role in the primary hyperuricemia.
